After being here for nearly 8 1/2 months, we finally had our camera handy (and enough nerve worked up) to capture this frequently witnessed wonder . . . salad engineering (read: getting the most of that one trip to the salad bar). This guy really surpassed any we had previously seen! He was quite the attraction to even the Chinese Pizza Hut patrons, not just us wai guo ren's.
